Hey, I know this cat! This is Kesha, one of the few cats on the Svalbard archipelago (but by far the most famous one!), who was brought there by Russian miners. Their local government banned house animals due to concerns over local wildlife, and so Kesha was there illegally and many people claimed that he was legally a polar fox. He sadly passed away from old age in 2021, but atleast he was cared for for all his life.
